we were lucky with the weather on saturday...
...it didn't rain for the boote cats' home open day...the day made over £1,000 for the home which looks after abandoned cats

there is a very nice collection of slot machines in the pavilion at the end of the pier...the forerunner of japanese pachinko?

we`re not allowed to cycle on the pavement...we have to take our chance on the road...sometimes there is a cycle lane tho...
but to be honest the cycle lanes are rarely used and always seem to come to an abrupt end...then we are back in competition with car drivers...and the government wonders why we don`t cycle much!!!why can`t we just cycle on the pavement like in japan???
